Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at River Ridge, subject to approval and community guidelines. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment. Breed, size, and weight restrictions may apply. A pet deposit, monthly pet rent, and/or pet fees may be required. All pets must be registered with management, kept on a leash in common areas, and residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Service animals and emotional support animals are handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
